Nuria holds a degree in Microbiology from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) and a PhD from the University of Lille (France), focused on selecting probiotics to prevent diseases in farm animals. With over seven years of experience, she has worked on bacterial and yeast probiotics and contributed to product development at Phileo by Lesaffre. She is now part of Adisseo’s Innovation and Customer Success team, focusing on microbiota and intestinal health in poultry and swine, with expertise in probiotics, intestinal biomarkers, and functional solutions such as butyrate and monolaurin.
