Abstract submission

The scientific programme of the 19th IPC conference will be presenting the abstracts selected by the 2026 Scientific Committee. Scientists from around the world will share their groundbreaking, mostly unpublished research and innovative ideas with an international audience of peers and experts. Their work builds a solid base for the fast-evolving microbiome science.

Deadlines for online abstract submission

• Oral presentations - 24 April 2026
• Poster presentations - 1 May 2026

Abstracts received via e-mail or after the deadline will not be accepted and therefore will not be considered for the programme or publication. The number of submitted abstracts per author is not limited. However, one presenting author can present only 1 oral presentation (and an unlimited number of posters), which will be decided by reviewers during the review process.
