Malwina is a medical researcher with nearly 15 years of experience across academia, the NHS, and the commercial sector, specialising in the role of the microbiome in health and disease. As Head of Clinical Development at ADM Health&Wellness, she leads a global clinical research programme comprising over 30 trials across five continents. Her work focuses on the clinical application of probiotics and postbiotics as therapeutic and adjunct interventions in paediatric and adult populations. She holds a PhD in nutrition and respiratory health, with research recognised by the NIHR, and is committed to advancing personalised, evidence-based approaches to improve patient outcomes.
