Mary works as a Scientific Affairs Manager at Probi, highlighting the impressive clinical evidence supporting Probi strains across several different health areas. Mary holds a B.Sc. Nutraceuticals in Health and Nutrition from Dublin Technical University and a M.Sc. Human Nutrition from University of Copenhagen. In her role, Mary is part of a global team serving as a bridge between R&D and Sales & Marketing across EMEA and APAC regions, interpreting findings from Probi’s extensive clinical trials. Mary has worked in both the pharmaceutical and food industry, as well as academia, where she has contributed to published peer-reviewed research.
